Screen for Assistance

You can see if you may qualify for DHHR programs and services using Screen for Assistance. This tutorial will assist you with learning more about using Screen for Assistance. An account is not necessary to use this feature. To see if you may be eligible, click “Find’.

The Screen for Assistance main page allows you to choose which programs you would like to see if you qualify for. As you select programs, the question categories appear in the Navigation bar on the left.

As more programs are chosen the question categories expand.

Once all programs have been chosen, continue to the questions by clicking next.

To get the most accurate results, answer all questions in each category.

Once you complete all question categories. Click the submit button.

The results tab will display any programs selected and whether you qualified or not, based on the information provided. There is also a link to fill out the application if you would like to apply.
