Locate Community Partners

Community Partners are resources in the community that partner with DHHR to provide services and assistance to West Virginian residents. To locate community partners in your area, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Community Partners.

Click the drop-down arrow button to display counties.

Select the county of your residence.

Once the county is selected the Community Partners will be listed.

Click the small arrow to expand the list to see information about the community partners.

A description of the resource, the location, phone number, hours of operation, services they provide, languages, email and website address will be shown, if applicable.
